A British man died after having his life support turned off on holiday because his family couldn`t afford the A 7,000 bill, a court heard. Adrian King, 39, from Stafford, died in hospital in the Red Sea resort of Hurghada, Egypt, as a result of kidney failure combined with his collapse. ......
